In this course, you will get all the basis of freediving and will become an autonomous freediver, able to explore the underwater world comfortably, diving safely to 12-20m.

Duration: 2.5 days (approx. 12-14 hours)

• Swim 200m without fins
• Valid medical certificate (less than 2 years old) stating that “there are no medical contraindications for apnea”

Passing requirements:
• 2 min. static
• 40m DYNB (Dynamic Bifins)
• dive comfortably to 12-20m

Includes: Digital manual, freediving equipment and insurance. A digital certification card is issued once the minimum requirements have been met.

Depending on the student’s choice, courses will be taught according to AIDA, Molchanovs, Apnea Academy or SSI standards.

During this course you will extend your limits further in all disciplines. You will also be introduced to advanced equalisation techniques to dive confortably to 20-30m.

Duration: 3 days (approx. 18-20 hours)

• 18 years or older (16 with parental consent)
• Swim 400m without fins
• A minimum of 15 logged freediving sessions
• Valid medical certificate (less than 2 years old) stating that “there are no medical contraindications for apnea” Own diving insurance

Passing requirements:
• 2 min 30 sec static
• 50m DYNB (Dynamic Bifins)
• dive conformably to 20-30m

Includes: Digital manual, freediving equipment and insurance. A digital certification card is issued once the minimum requirements have been met.

Depending on the student’s choice, courses will be taught according to AIDA, Molchanovs or Apnea Academy standards.

This course familiarises students with techniques, knowledge and safety procedures for deep freediving (30-40m). New techniques will include FRC diving, mouth-fill equalisation and packing.

Duration: 4 days (approx. 23-25 hours)

Requirements:
• 18 years or older (16 with parental consent)
• To have passed the previous level
• Swim 400m without fins
• A minimum of 25 logged freediving sessions
• Valid First aid certificate/CPR certificate (less than 2yrs old)
• Valid medical certificate (less than 2 years old) stating that “there are no medical contraindications for apnea”
• Own diving insurance
Passing requirements:
• 3 min 30 sec static
• 75m DYNB (Dynamic Bifins)
• dive conformably to 30-40m

Includes: Digital manual and insurance. A digital certification card is issued once the minimum requirements have been met.
